En Route to the Cape

We found a really great playground halfway through our trip up to Cape Cod. It was a beautiful day and a beautiful way to stretch out our legs before sitting through New York City traffic. On the way home we decided to do an all-night drive through method. Exhausting, but it cut five hours off our time, so it was worth it!

Any genius bloggers out there who can tell me how to rotate a video?? I don't want to be responsible for any neck pain caused by repeat viewing.



The soundtrack of this video is pretty rockin' and Lucy's dancing isn't half bad either. I think she has got a real future.

Happy Fourth of July!!

Our big plans for the Fourth of July sort of fizzled, but we still had a good time. We kicked off the morning with a Fairfax ward pancake breakfast and though we missed every parade and celebration in town, we did get to tap into a few fireworks and read the Declaration of Independence. God Bless America.
